It's a good time (so far) for my first SMX West. I've been wanting to go to one of these for a few years now, and the opportunity fell into my lap late last week, so I'm super excited to be here.

There was a networking event to kick things off earlier this evening, but the real conference starts tomorrow and continues until Thursday, with additional post-conference workshops happening on Friday. I really wanted to make it to the Bruce Clay workshop on Friday, but it just wasn't in the cards this year. Maybe next time. I'm just glad to be here for al 3 days of the conf and hopefully learn a metric butt ton of new tips, get some great ideas to improve SEO/PPC, and maybe come away with some new contacts and friends.
